    Anyone come across this issue?
    I figured it was a hardware issue, but I needed to update the OS too.
    Like I suspected, OS didn't fix it.

    I've only had it 2 days.
    Just going to go have them swap it out at the store tomorrow.
    Just wanted to throw it out there for other to look for.

    All my keys work, thankfully.
    After you pick up your new BB, I'd go into compose (either email or text) and test out all the keys quickly while you're at the store. Better to make sure they all work while you are at the place that can help you.

    I almost don't want to swap it out for fear I might find something else wrong,
    or get the bricking issue that some are having.
    I't not that big of a deal to open the menu and select 'show symbols'.
    I guess I just have to weigh it out, which one could be worse.
