No option called Call Forwarding. I have such a option in my old Bold 9900. This is a bit of an emergency. Can anyone help? Am I blind. I have gone over Settings 10 times!

Call Forwarding on a BB10 device is a carrier set option.
From the Phone app, your call screen, swipe down from the top and choose Settings.
If Call Forwarding is greyed out or not in the list, your carrier will need to support BB10 Call Forward in their service and allow access to it.
If it is there, but doesn't seem to work, then the carrier doesn't support it.
    Both cases, contact your carrier.

Just a small FWIW: if you are on T-mo USA and running wifi-calling, the call forward option will not appear until you go on cell network.
