Hi,

I have a work provided BB BOLD 9930 with SD card filled with Media. Work requires encryption, and wont let me turn it off.
They just issued me an Iphone 5S and deactivated my Bold. I connected the Bold to the BB Desktop to transfer media to PC, and with the password it allows me to transfer video, but not the photos.

Under Photos, Desktop claims that there are none (previously or currently), but I can view them on the BB and I can see the files under Files on the Desktop. The files are shown with little locks to indicate that they are encrypted.

Desktop tells me that to View them in Desktop I need to transfer them to the PC first, but it doesn't give me any option to do so.

I cant read them directly off the SD card either, even if I change the file extension to JPG.

Any thoughts?
