I used to have that problem, it was my provider Rogers blocking streaming so they had to change a code or something. At first they play dumb but make sure you argue with them. Its not the device at all, its the streaming over your network.

We have (Three carriers) and 2 of them supports video streaming for Blackberry phones one of them doesn't, So yes probably the carrier is blocking it

I don't know that's not the case with iPhone tho

Why are blackberry so complicated, not just us users but carriers are screwed too
