So my Bold 9900 can't recieve messages but it can recieve and send phone calls and it can also send mesages but when some one sends me a mesage nothing happens soo does anybody no the problem

What kind of message? E-mail? Text? Have you checked your settings? Do you have a data plan?

Try resending the service books to the device, and also do a battery pull to see if that sorts the issue.
