I've sent activation info from the server, but I don't see anywhere to enter the enterprise account activation password on the BB.

    Verizon using 7.1.0.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Settings \ Advanced Settings \ Enterprise Activation.

Failing that, some devices have an icon for Enterprise Activation.

That's what I thought, But there is nothing under Advanced System settings.
    These are the choices:

    Service book
    SIM card
    Browser Push
    Default Services
    Host Routing Table
    TCP IP

Typically when this happens your BES level data plan was removed from your account. Call your carrier and make sure it is still there.

Then have them resend you the service books, etc...
