    You can also do a backup of your old device using Desktop Manager - do a custom backup if you only want the address book. Then connect your new BB and restore using your custom backup. It's very easy to do.

    If its backed up with Outlook just sync from there

    Try downloading Blackberry Protect. Makes nice backups available from any device.
