I've seen a few other posts with this issue on the BB 9700 for AT&T but I'm rocking a 9930 on Verizon now.

Every time I check my mail and there's an attachment, it gives me that error "More request cannot be completed. Service book information not found."

Any updates on this by any chance?

Resend your service books?

Or there could be a mail issue. Check your mail set-up and see if there is a problem there.

I'm new to the BB world so I had no clue exactly what that was, but thanks to you I fixed my problem. Now I have a bunch of separate email icons in my menu for each account I own but it works like a dream! Thanks again!
