Hi,

I have a problem with the blackberry when I put the sim card in the phone and enter a password so I started working, my phone turn off and again on. Sim card I replaced with the new operator but problem is the same. I do not know what could be wrong!

What phone? Carrier? OS?

Did you tried it without a sim card and see if you can replicate the issue?

BB 9900 os 7.1 Bundle 1149. Yas i tried with out sim card end the phone works. But i see tuday my bb can not sync with bb desktop softwer PC.
