    Hey,

Is it normal that my menu key clicks much softer than the back key for instance?
It actually barely clicks. And call key is just a tiny bit softer than the end call key.

I rather think Coffee Addict is winding you up. It isn't normal - I have it with my 'call' button, and it's bloody annoying. I don't want to change the phone, for various reasons, and so I guess I'll have to live with it, although mine is a button that I don't use all that much - the 'Menu' button is being clicked (even if it doesn't click!) all the time...

All my menu keys click the same, like wise with my keyboard aside from the space button.

I think most do, which is why I said it was unusual for there to be a problem. I do have a problem, however - as does the OP - and I have no idea how to solve it, short of getting a replacement unit...
