I'm having trouble with my memory card slot. I broke it trying to take it out and now it wouldn't read the another card that I have


So I would like to know can I get the phone fix so it can read the memory card or do I have to send it back the mobile provider

So the 99XX can't read any sd memory card anymore? If it's under warranty go get it fixed or get it replaced.

if its under warranty, get it replaced. if not, go on youtube and watch a disassembly video and buy the parts/tools and then do it yourself. ive rebuilt many BB's and it isnt hard. just voids your warranty.
