Hi,

I've got a Bold 9900. Recently it started messing up on me so I've got another phone for the time being. The Curve. Before I send the 9900 for repair I wanted to back it up so I backed it up and wiped.

Now I don't seem to have my pictures anymore. I think they were saved to the onboard memory and the wipe has cleaned them..


Is there a chance of recovering them somehow?

Restore from the backup and if the picture is not there.

Hurry and call the cust. service to get the old phone back....

What about a memory card - did you have one, and if so what happened to it?
