I'm the owner of a blackberrt 9900 from Tmobile at times I've seen my blackberry typing lots of m and n in this format " mmmmnnnnnnmmm" when u try to erase it it keeps on typing to the point of freezing , I've factory reset my blackberry and soft reset it problem still persists anybody with this problem and any possible fast solution. Sounds like the keys are sticking. You could try to clean it if you feel comfortable taking it apart.

If it still continue's after you have factory wiped, a fresh OS install or cleaned the buttons.
It could be most likely a faulty keyboard membrane that is causing the mmmmnnn.
