hi there,

i am using my ATT blackberry unlimited SIM and google maps does not seem to work when on the 3G network...it works fine if i'm on wifi...but it's very useful when i'm out and about in tokyo, feel helpless sometimes without maps...anyone else have this problem in japan???

then find some local map solution..
try using web based google maps..(i am warning you, it's very painful)
japs have this habit of localizing everything...
