It should be the 3rd item after you select device...that's odd. Do you have the device analyzer? You're able to run battery tests from there.

It's there for sure... In addition to finding it under the Options-->Device, if you have the universal search turn on, just start typing battery and then pick Options from the search category. Battery saving mode is the fist option.

I have turn it off and I am getting 2%/hr with mild web browsing, which is very good.

You won't find it there yet. It's still a leak as far as I know. There are a few threads on how to download a leaked/hybrid OS. Follow the instructions there, and you should be good to go.

Post somewhere else instead of hijacking this thread. No one will answer you because you're rude. Basically - no one wants to help you out, me included.

I posted a link within a few minutes to a tutorial that explains the process better than any of us could, and a link to a similar tutorial has also been posted. There's not much more that we can do for you.

I shrunk the OS using BBH, but there is no way to delete battery saver. Hmmm, any idea if that's possible??

Shrinking programs like BBboss and BBH may need to update their software with cod file info on this battery saver. So unless they come up with an update soon, the only wY to remove it is to manually delete the cod file. But I think it is a bad idea to maually change cod files.

Go into app management in options, then click on battery saver app and make note of the modules listed at the bottom. You can then manually remove those cod files from the java folder on your pc, launch app loader.exe and it will remove battery saver from your device.

BBh tools won't delete Batt. saver mode, if you want to, you can use bbh manually to delete net_rim_batterystretch.cod (it's very small, only 1.63 Kb). It's also connected with Device Analyzer, if you delete/uninstall Device Analyzer (without deleting net_rim_batterystrech.cod) then it will also make the batt. saver mode disappear from the device options, and vice versa.
