    I recently selected all messages in my inbox and marked them as "read". Later I deleted them. NOW, some of my incoming messages are coming IN as "READ". Crap. Any ideas why?

    These are email messages from various sources.

    I occasionally get the same thing. But that's usually when I'm surfing the web or using jmIRC, or bbm groups, and it jumps across an e-mail and marks it as read before I get to it/during a conversation.

    The best you can do is maybe reboot if you haven't already done so.
