Hey guys, first time bb user here, just got my 9900 today

Everything setup and works fine except for the fact that contact names do not display when i receive an incoming call.
1. I have turn off address book in content protection
2. I have set the smart dialing to +65 which is the country code for Singapore.
This is the two answers people suggest when I searched the forum and it still doesn't fix it.

I save my contacts in international format ex. +6511111111 but when somebody calls me it just shows up as 11111111 and it doesn't recognize it from the contacts.

Any suggestions? Thanks.
