I suspect you are right. I ordered the 9930 a few hours ago by phone. I asked the rep if he could wave the $12.99 overnight fee for me and he said, "sure, no problem". When I received the e-mail confirmation, it showed the $12.99 backed out as "Overnight Discount" our something like that. It appears that the overnight fee is either out the window or negotiable, depending on who you speak with.
What if you ordered at a price of 249.99 while others in seemingly the same situation are randomly getting it for 199.99? Will they adjust that as well?

I ordered at midnight, but chose the 2-day free shipping option at the time.
Will VZW now ship overnight, instead of 2 days?

Reason: edit: Ah, guess it's too late. just recieved an email from VZW with FedEx tracking number. Delivery date is for Wednesday.
Just called CS and the rep saw that it now says free overnight shipping on their site. She tried to reverse the charge, but since it already shipped (yay!), she couldn't. So she just credited the account $12.99.
I asked about the price discrepancy (I was charged $249.99 - 50 NEW = $199) and said that it shows $249 so she couldn't do anything about that.
@sandra_17 That seriously sucks. I spoke with a CS rep on live chat and she didn't know what to tell me. So I emailed the order inquiries services and am waiting to hear back from them. I'm actually upset, I feel as though I wasted my NE2 when I could've upgraded on any of my other secondary lines for $199.

I'm a secondary line on a plan and was due for an upgrade with discounted pricing, but still got charged the 249.99 price. I'm very confused on why some were able to get it for 199.99. I might have to send an e-mail as well.
