When I first got my 9930 I had 1 row of 6 icons on the main screen in the All catagory. Then they were all gone unless I scolled down. Then I was back to 1 row and now, after I put the phone in my holster and took it out I have 2 rows of 6 icons. What am I doing and how do I get it back to one row?

Hope you refer to this: Options-->Accessibility-->On There you will see: Home screen Grid Layout, Tap/Click and set it to Default or 2 Columns.

    ***EDIT***
Hop you know you can expand you Panel by taping on it and it will Expand.
Here is a Demo Video how to use Panels.

tap and move the top bar. you can make it 0,1,2 or 3 rows tall.

My 9930 is doing the same thing when i first got the 9930 it had one row of Icons and then it changed to two rows of Icons by its self. I have changed it back to one row of Icons several times but it keeps changing to two rows of Icons. So what do we do i am new to Verizon this is my first time with them do i ask for a replacement phone or wait until a software fixes comes out ?

hopefully its just an accidental tap before locking/after unlocking the screen. 9900/9930 have enough bugs already. and i dont remember reading about others having this problem. let us know if it keeps happening. take care for a day or two to keep fingers away from the screen while locking/unlocking and try a little controlled research for us.
