i have problem .. i have no idea to use the hotspot i watch some youtube videos to know how to use but each one like other option when i turn on theres access point name & user name & pw i can write anything or create ??? how to !! after when i wtite the things i got this picture 1 & 2

It's kinda hard to follow your post, but it seems that you need to activate Mobile Hotspot on your mobile carrier plan.

Your carrier.. as in Verzion, Sprint, AT&T, etc. The company that provides you with phone and data services.

Yeah call them or see if you can access your account online. Activating Mobile Hotspot will cost you extra money though.

Now I follow you... you have to add the extra service to get hotpsot.

For example, your plan has phone minutes, text allowance, and data service. Mobile Hotspot is a fourth addition to your plan. Does your carrier even support Mobile Hotspot?

they will charge me when i use it .. but i have unlimted internet for blackberry service data

i mean i can use the hotspot with service data the unlimted or only one way they will charge me for the hotspot

The only way for it to work for you is for them to charge you for it. I also have an unlimited data plan, but I also pay an extra $20.00 a month for 2Gb worth of data just for Mobile Hotspot. It's a shame.

Unless you are on a plan that already includes free wifi hotspot like the one I am on with Telus, this feature will not be available to you for free. I know that's sounds bad, but that's how service providers get their money.

Some companies like Rogers, Bell and Telus any plan over $50/month have free tethering which includes wifi hotspot.

Thats a bummer... I was hoping to quit paying for it.
