No and you never will be able to.
BBOS requires BIS or BES subscriptions for full operation. Otherwise you are left with basic calling, texting and some browsing which will be very slow as the browser is sub-par to anything on the market. With BIS/BES the page is compressed/fittet to the mobile experience before it is received and shown on the BBOS devices.

So forget it and move on... DTEK50 perhaps? :_0

With those, you can use the browser over cellular data, and access Outlook, Gmail, etc., via webmail. Getting an actual mail client working without BIS is getting a lot more complicated these days, so I wouldn't recommend it unless you're technically inclined.

You can use Mujmail / Picomail to access outlook + gmail, but both of them are working only over cellular data not wifi.
