    Hi all,

    Would really appreciate the help..

I need to share my contacts from my Note 2 to my BB9900( work phone)

Used to depend on Google Sync, just found out that it doesn't work with BB anymore.

    Anyone, please advise.

    Thanks!

You need IntouchApp - the Dropbox for contacts! Just install on your Android and BB and login with the same account. Your contacts will stay in sync across your devices. If your Android contacts are in Google and not local, just send them an email to import them into your Intouch account (one time). I am using it across 4 devices and no issues so far!

I'm sorry I think I'm being an *****. I had an Android phone with a g-mail account. I have added my g-mail account to the BB and lo and behold the contacts turned up. Change one of them on the BB and quick enough the change appears in google. I have no doubt that if I switched the Android back on the change would propagate through to that too. It just seems to work.

For the benefit of my BB education, so to speak, what do I not understand about the OP's problem?

Contacts work as intended. The calendar can be fussy tho. A simple calendar sync toggle off (wait 15 minutes) then toggle on again within the gmail account setup kickstarts it back to life.

If you just need the contacts, not syncronized, you can:

In your Android device, go to contacts app > options: Import/export : Export to SD (internal storage if not)
then a 0001.CSV file (or something like that) will be createad on your storage. You just need to share it via Bluetooth to your BlackBerry device and the contacts will be autosaved.

Hope it works for you. I did this with my Nexus 7 to BB9900. Cheers

    1. Set Blackberry Bluetooth to listen
    2. On Samsung go to Contacts > (press menu) hit Import/Export
    3. Click Share name Via
    4. Select all
    5. Hit done (wait)
    6. Select Bluetooth
    7. Then select paired Blackberry (wait)
    8. Send
    9. Allow receive on Blackberry
