Hi Everyone.

I was wondering if anyone could help me to update my Bold 9900 to the latest OS. Currently I have version 7.0.0 bundle 2395. I've tried updating using the handset option in the Device Menu and also using the desktop software but keep being told there are either no updates or I have the most up to date version.

I am on the EE network in the UK and my Bold was purchased unlocked.

Please update your profile to include device, carrier, and location. Makes it easier for others to help you.

Usually the Sticky Threads at the top of the Forums for any legacy BBOS devices like Bold 9900 will show the latest available OS.
