Just wanted to share that I've gained a good 100+MB of additional storage space on the internal memory of the device.
If you plug your phone in to your computer and select the USB storage device option you'll see that you can delete a whole bunch of extra language files and folders that you don't need, as well as the BB desktop software installer (if you're really anal about saving memory). I guess the 8GB of memory they mention in the specs is shared between 'ram' and storage medium. I sure hope they have actual full speed RAM in this thing, and not just a small dedicated block of Flash ram.
