Blackberry devices use standard sim cards not sure what you mean here.

If you put the micro SIM adapter in without a SIM in it you're kinda screwed. Try pushing the pins down with a small screwdriver and very slowly pulling it out.

with care would be the serious answer - apart from that i would try and insert something under it to hopefully push the pins down - non metallic i would guess - thin but strong plastic

You can put a micro sim card into the regular slot if you carefully nudge it and center it. Thats what I do, and you don't need any adapter.

If you got the adapter stuck in there, as you pull it out it will grab the gold pins and get stuck in there.

Im not sure how you can remove it without damaging anything.

    Good luck!

If you happen to have access to thin metrobus or train cards (old ones) you can cut it to fit the width and long enough to grab it and insert it underneath the adapter and work it out slowly so the pins get under it (you may have to use a needle also to help you get the pins under the card), then pull out the adapter.

You can try sliding a thin piece of paper under the sim card from the back side just enough so it covers the pins then try to push the adapter out so the pins don't grab the edge.
