I have been having the following problem of late.

I have a Gmail account set up on my Bold 9900.

I receive emails just fine. If I reply to the emails using my Bold 9900, the recipient only gets a whack of code and not the message. The only way they can see a reply is if I actually reply to them from Gmail. Anytime I reply from my phone they get an encrypted message.

Can anyone assist with this?

I did not notice that problem on my 9930 back in the day. Poke around in the email setup and see if there is a setting you can tweak.

Are you a BES(x) user? and or do you have PGP or the x500/SMIME key chain loaded onto your phone?
