How do I download it to my 9930? I went to blackberry.com/gmail and after clicking "download" got this: Sorry, your device does not meet the system requirements that are needed to support Enhanced Googlr Mail plug-in for Blackberry smartphones.

    I'm using Sprint's latest 7 OS

    Thanks

It is included in the handheld OS itself. There is not reason to download it.

Please also note all the future should now work in the integrated inbox.

The enhanced plugin does not seem to be available for the 9930. The "built in" features for gmail are a sorry substitute for the plugin features. Check out this thread at the blackberry forums site.

The person in that thread doesn't really seem to know what he's talking about....
-There was no reason you need to install the gmail plugin separately in the first place.
-If you want to view labels you just go to Menu > View Folder.

why do you need enhanced plugin when it is all very neatly integrated into the main messages inbox.

    OK... just to be clear...

The 9900/9930 are capable of syncing contacts and calendar through the built in "enhanced gmail plugin" correct?

I'm still on the fence for upgrading to this phone.

My stuff didn't sync either... contacts or calendar... kind of sucks I had to use google sync to get it. The problem is I have 3 gmail accounts 2 personal and for for my university (they just switched to it)... so I can't sync all of them
