I am on Tmobile USA and have the Em+ unlimited plan. (5GB) I also have BIS on my plan. If you need more info I will gladly supply.

I have tried all those things and nothing works. It worked with 7.1.0.74 now I have 7.1.0.267 and It doesn't work anymore.
