I would like to add a home screen shortcut for a frequently used text file, don't know how or if it is possible. Are there any tips or info?
    Thanks!

You can with our Shortcut Manager app. Not only can you add text files but you can add media files like avi, mp3, jpg etc... you can even add Dialer shortcuts and custom icons.

Have a look here on appworld.

Buy Shortcut Manager - Create short cut icons on HomeScreen - Download Shortcut Manager - Create short cut icons on HomeScreen - Buy Apps from BlackBerry App World

Go into file manager and move the highlight over that file. Click menu then Add to Homescreen. Built-in and free.
