    I know it sounds ridiculous! But jus borrowed my friends 9900, as my 9790 is dead, the 1st thing i notice is there is no bbm!!!!!!! The s/w is 7.1 bundle 1909. Weird thing is it wont even download from the appworld and gives me a notice that it is not available for this device!! :-s

    please please hellpp!!!!

    My nephew has problems with BBM on his. I can text bbm to him but cannot video chat. Will be watching the responses.

    On the handset, go to:

    Www.blackberry.com/blackberrymessenger

    It will give you a download direct outside of app world that will fix the issue.
