I need help. I recently started a new job. I'm being forced to use AT&T's Samsung Rugby Pro with Android 4.1.2. That should be a felony!

I've used BB for many years. I currently have the Verizon Wireless, BB Bold 9930.

Push to Talk is a key requirement of my job. I've tried, without luck, to find a cross-platform/cross carrier push to talk application so I can communicate with other AT&T PTT users throughout the company.

Is there any way I can communicate via PTT with the company users? Verizon's tech support couldn't help me.

I hate carrying two phones around. Therefore, if I can't find a way to communicate with other company users via PTT, I'll have to be cured of my CrackBerry addiction. I don't want to give up my BB so please help me, please!

You can try forcing your new company to change their communications platform to accommodate you, or you can use the device they supplied you with. I suspect the latter will be the choice to go with.

With ATT, for the PTT client to be activated you need to be paying for an att service. Since your on Verizon, that leaves that out.
