hello guys does anyone know how to get the thermometer in the notification bar to show the weather and a battery icon to show battery in the notification bar? also how do i get the weather on my home screen?

You need apps for that.

BerryWeather for the temp icon and weather on the homescreen, and MeterBerry for the battery icon are the ones I use... both paid apps.
