I have install the 9930 software 9930 7.1_b1333_(PL5.1.0.321_A7.1.0.402) and shrink it by BBHTool, but i have delete some file that i need, i decide to reinstall the software again but each time i install the bellow message appear
I had a similar error message, but mine was with desk top manager. It turned out to be a windows issue. I went to "Microsoft Fix It" and it made the repairs. It took a little bit of time but it was worth it. Microsoft Fix it Solution Center: troubleshooting software issues If it doesn't install, try searching the error message that you get. It can be a multi step process. Good luck.
