Hi,
Just updated to software bundle 2406. Got a fatal error message on the desktop manager when the bold 9900 was doing a final reboot.
started up fine but no keyboard or buttons work, only the track pad.
When i now connect to desktop manager the os is shown as 2406 and i cant find a way to restore back to the old one. the restore function i did last night only restores info in the phone...
Any ideas greatly appreciated

I am officially a moron.... with he new upgrade the little message telling me to unlock the keyboard is not longer there!!!!!

Did you try a battery pull? (sorry if that's a really obvious and dumb question...) it's just the first thing I would have done.
