Help with my 9900 PLZ!

Hey all, when uploading by bold 9900's rogers software today, i got an error message that the application loader couldn't load my applications. The phone then went into a white error screen. after trying multiple more times to reboot the software, i was finally able to get it up and running. the phone works, but when i try to plug it into the computer and do anything it says "a connection to the phone cannot be established"...etc. also note that this is my second 9900, my first one's mic went out, and rim sent me what i thought was a new phone after 3 weeks.:mad:
