    so i have had the 9900 for over a month ive had the mobile hot spot working just fine. i got a new lap top lastnight.....and i dont know if this has anything to do with it it but i since i backed up my phone to the new laptop the mobile hotspot hasnt been working. i get this message when i try to turn on hgotspot thru my 9900.........to use this feature contact your wireless service provider and subscribe to a mobile hotspot data plan. i have att. i havent had a problem for over month so im sure its something with how i backed up my phone or a setting. please help me.

    I sign in to there web page from my laptop
    BlackBerry Internet Service Login - AT&T BusinessDirect | Premier Business Center
    under help it has an option for "resend service books"
    I will see if it can be done from phone

    On your phone. Options,device, Advanced System Settings, Host Routing Table, Hit the blackberry menu button (blackberry hard key) and tap Register Now
