    Hi,

    Can someone please solve this problem for me? I just got my 9900 and set up everything but I cant seem to open my emails nor can I open my web browser as it just appears to be a blank page! I tried reboot but it doesnt help

    DO you have a Blackberry data plan?

    Are you showing the 4 little dots (RIM Logo) by your Signal indicator to show you are on the Blackberry network?

    Yes I have BB date plan, my BBM works fine, just cant seem to open up my browser and open my emails. So frustrating..
