Hello,

I had a 9700 that took a NASTY fall and shattered. I got a 9900 today, and DM says I need to plug my old/current phone in first to swap the data. Thats not possible. Is there another way i can get the old data from my 9700 backups to the 9900??

dont do a device switch, like you are trying to do, cancel out of those screens and just do a standard restore.
