    Need help from the BB gurus. I have these spots all over my screen. (9930) How can I get rid of them?? They aren't dead pixels...

    That appears to be some kind of LCD leak, OR some how (and I have no idea how) ink got under your screen. LCD leak is the probable issue. It needs to be professionally repaired and most likely the LCD/Digitizer will need to be replaced. Might cost more than the device is worth to get it done. Time to upgrade to a BB10 device????

    Eligible for upgrade in 8 days. Would I need to go to my service provider to get it looked at??

    Yes you would need to take it in to them. However it appears to be a damage issue and your warranty will not apply. They will charge you most likely and/or you will need to go to a 3rd party phone repair shop.

    Yes, it almost looks as if the device was in the back pocket of someone's pants and go sat on damaging the LCD.
