    If I am gonna return my 9900 to AT&T because it has a defect and I wanna get a brand new one, will they charge me anything?

    What is the defect? If there is no physical damage from dropping, water damage, then there should not be any charges.

    If there is physical damage, then the insurance deductible would have to be paid to get the device replaced.

    The defect is the that the trackpad is like sunk in and the home keys kind of overlap the screen:/
