    Hey the stock headphones i got worked for a like 5 minutes than device restarted stopped working i dont know whats wrong tried apple headphones they worked for a second but now none of the headphones work nethier stock nor apples

    Can someone please help me out

    tried battery pull + tried reinstalling software got a exchange but same problem

    Warranty exchange right? It might be a bad batch. Try inserting and removing the wired headset slowly and rapidly.
