Just got my BlackBerry Bold on 9900 from Bell yesterday, its absolutely amazing, worth the wait. Howeve my signal is showing H+ and not 3G. Im assuming this is their "4G" and can also drop to 3G when H+ is not available. Is this correct? Also is there extra charges to use H+?

H+ is their "4G" network. So in other terms, its better to see H+ then 3G. Theres is no extra charges for H+

Bell operates on an 'HSPA+ or HSDPA' network, offering theoretical download speeds of 21mb/s, which will probably be more in the 5 - 10mb/s range on your 9900 in real life. Great network throughout most of Canada though (except the rockies, obviously) and I don't have any major complaints about them.
