Can anyone get through a youtube video without buffering. I live in Western Maryland and even when I have full 4g signal I still can't. Its not painstakingly slow, websites load decently, but man I know its just HSPA+ not LTE but I expected better.
I don't have any apps running in the background except for my BES email. And I have the latest leaked OS, I always do.
