when i turn my bb on, the "4G" sign looks like this: 4g... with a lowercase "G". i have noticed that when it does this, i cant access web, and now i notice that apps that require data also dont work. i have to go into mobile network settings and turn the radio off, then back on for it to revert to 4G. im on tmobile. anyone have this problem?

probably a network issues, small letters mean that BIS is not active where as Capital G means you are connected to BIS
