I have a BB 9900 and it is driving me absolutely insane!
I keep getting the following pop up message 1. Uncaught exception: java.lang.error.
I can't get my email setup opened in order for me to create my email account and the phone won't redirect me to the setup wizard!
I can't download a single thing from the internet!

Sounds like it is time for you to do a wipe and reinstall of your OS.
