Just don't bother with taking pics on this phone in the dark. Keep a digital cam with you. It's unfortunately a trade off that you have to make since the 9930 doesn't have a good camera.
here are your options:
1. turn flash off
2. try night mode
3. try another mode in the camera
4. wait 12 hours and take a picture in the day.
lmao wait 12 hours, ill try that

Zoom in and take the picture from farther away.
I don't know about you, but from the looks of it I can tell the girl on the right is
pretty drunk. Takes pics just fine....
Try party mode

That seems frustrating.
Pictures look like they were taken in Co-Mode
The way to fix this is to invite me up with my Leica and I'll take all the pictures of the pretty girls in the club for you!! ;)
Take them home with you and take their pics in the morning.

This is because of the lack of autofocus, just stand further back and take a pic and if u want zoom in ...
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
the problem isn't actually to do with autofocus i is to do with the camera flash over exposing the pictures, its a common problem with camera phones (its similar to why your eyes hurt when someone takes a photo of you using flash in he dark and your eyes hurt)
To fix it you need to extend the camera exposure time (don' have the phone yet so not seen the settings), and the two easiest ways to fix it are either to choose a night mode setting and turn off flash, or keep he flash on and run it in the bright light mode such as daylight and keep camera on,
other ways to fix it is to take the picture from a further distance (as all flash have a maximum distance of effectiveness (and i'm no sure u can adjust the strength of an LED flash)) or go into a brighter lite area of he club(even outside under a street light or in the toilet) and keep the camera on auto and it should shorten the exposure time
