    Well,
I was tired trying all the solutions on many websites but found a final fix which is really working.

    Requirements :

    1).Nuked bb 9900 without battery
    2).This file
    9900_7_0Fast _Installers
    3).Your valuable 15-20 minutes. That's it.

    After downloading :

    1).Extract the file
    2).Open 9900_7_0Fast_Installers
    3).A cmd will open .
4)Connect your battery-less bb via usb to the pc. Done.

Wait for the flashing to complete. After completion it will automatically close.
Unplug your bb, reinstall the battery. Enjoy

You would have been praised to the high heavens if you shared this back in 2007. Now, you'll have to settle for a 'Cool. Thanks man!'

I still don't know what this thread is about. Some of us would probably like a general explaination for what this is for....
