Do there any extended batteries for bb bold 9900 with same original battery size without the need of extra covers but more than 1500mah

I think 1850mAh ones don't need special covers. I remember seeing 2300mAh ones but I am not sure about those...

Can be done with a redesing of internal cells, of course. There are a few makers doing so.

Extended (same size) 1450 mAh 5,3 Wh Not a huge improvement but a little better.

You'll be hard pressed to find what you're asking for... it's physics after all. The capacity is going to be relative to the size.
