[CrackBerry Question]

my bb9900 went dead n the guy replaced the motherboard with a board that came out of a device that was U.S. carrier enterprise locked phone. i have reset to factory settings , but enterprise account message wont go away. i can't set-up my blackberry e-mail plan now. please help.

thanks, but i can't find policy.bin file anywhere. device does not show any ref. to enterprise lock except in e-mail setting, where it asks for an enterprise activation. there are no red asterisks.

I had bought a blackberry (brand new) online a few months ago and I could not get rid of the enterprise account. I ended up spending about two hours on the phone with a T-Moble blackberry expert and after we tried everything (which I had already done myself), he said most likely that its one of the blackberry enterprise phones from blackberry that you cannot un-enterprise. So I returned it.
