Hello, one of my co-worker can't log into app world from his 9900. It's giving him the above error. He's able to use the access and log into the website but no luck on his phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I went thru same thing...RIM tech had me pull out memory card and power off, then battery pull out for 30 seconds. Didnt work.
He then had me reload the os and finally, logged into my laptop so he could work with my phone and destop mgr.
I just updated verizon os and my app world shows no apps after i log in...very frustrating.

I've been having the same trouble since I got the 9900 3 days ago, I've had Vodafone techs working on it but no answers until today I decided to do a memory wipe! Its now fixed and logs in but I forgot to take my memory card out that was loaded with photos and videos of the kids, lost the lot, that is unless my backups have them?

We also did the wipe and it now works but now he can't setup internet email. It only allows for enterprise which we already setup.
So is this to do with the memory card?
I'm getting this error. Will a security wipe and a restore from an old back up resolve this?
